The Kidney Health Educator Program aims to educate and train individuals interested in improving their community's health and well-being. These individuals will be armed with the information to educate their communities by spreading the word about kidney disease and how it can be prevented.
To become a kidney health educator, you will take a 30 minute online course followed by a short quiz. After successfully passing the quiz, you will receive a certificate of completion and will be mailed a Learn It! Check It! Live It! Chronic Kidney Disease Prevention Toolkit to use when educating your community about kidney disease.
We aren't able to mail toolkits to addresses outside of the U.S. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like the toolkit contents emailed to you.
We ask that you report the number of individuals you educate by filling out and mailing the Presenter Evaluation form to the American Kidney Fund.
Please note continuing education credits aren't available for this course.
