Kidney Health Educator

The Kidney Health Educator Program aims to educate and train individuals interested in improving their community's health and well-being. These individuals will be armed with the information to educate their communities by spreading the word about kidney disease and how it can be prevented.

To become a kidney health educator, you will take a 30 minute online course followed by a short quiz. After successfully passing the quiz, you will receive a certificate of completion and will be emailed resources to use when educating your community about kidney disease.

Please note continuing education credits aren't available for this course.

Target Audience

Individuals interested in making their communities healthier by hosting presentations on kidney disease using the Learn It! Check It! Live It! Chronic Kidney Disease Prevention Toolkit.

Required Hardware/software

This course takes approximately a half hour to complete. Once you've listened to the first three modules you can take the quiz or continue to the fourth module (Hosting a Kidney Health Event in Your Community). Once you've passed the quiz your certificate will be available for download.
